5+ years leading refrigeration engineering teams
3+ years vapor-compression system design experience
Expertise in cascade refrigeration systems
Experience with thermal modeling and simulation tools
Knowledge of UL, IEC, FDA, CE regulatory requirements
Nice-to-have
Experience with natural and low GWP refrigerants
Familiarity with Lean and PPI methodologies
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to mentor engineers and technicians
Commitment to continuous improvement culture
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or related engineering discipline
Master's degree preferred
US work authorization required (implied by onsite Marietta OH)
Proven track record in regulated product development
