Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
4+ years of experience in production/manufacturing
1+ year of people management experience
Strong understanding of inventory management
Proven ability to analyze data and drive improvements
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
