Salary

Base: $18.94 - $31.54 (Level 1) or $22.45 - $37.45 (Level 2); Bonus/Equity: Discretionary bonus and annual bonuses available; Benefits: Health insurance, life/disability insurance, savings plan, PTO, and company paid holidays

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to pass New Hire Physical Exam
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Nice-to-have

  • Composite experience and/or certification
  • Aerospace assembly background preferred
  • Demonstrated ability with power hand tools
  • Ability to read blueprints and specs
  • Team environment collaboration skills

Key Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must pass respirator clearance and fitting requirements
  • Complete ASTAR New Hire Training / Compliance
  • 2 years aircraft manufacturing experience for Level 2
  • U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance
