The ideal candidate will possess strong operational risk and compliance knowledge, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Job Summary
The purpose of the Business Banking (BB) Governance team is to enable BB leadership to make informed, high-quality, risk/reward decisions in order to achieve operational and strategic goals.
In this role you’ll be responsible for driving consistency, simplicity and efficiency into the governance framework and processes.
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.
