Job Summary

Gestión integral de clientes y cartera comercial, brindando asesoría técnico-comercial, gestionando negociaciones con clientes potenciales y actuales, atendiendo reclamos y asegurando la fidelización y continuidad operativa de la cartera.
Monitoreo del mercado, clientes y competencia, recopilando y reportando información relevante sobre tendencias, reclamos, comportamiento del mercado, riesgos y oportunidades comerciales para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
