The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will serve as the ICSO’s lead and is ultimately responsible for the direct supervision of ATSG's Third Party Contractor (TPC) efforts and Task Order operations including contract performance, scheduling, and quality assurance
Job Summary
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will serve as the ICSO’s lead and is ultimately responsible for the direct supervision of ATSG's Third Party Contractor (TPC) efforts and Task Order operations including contract performance, scheduling, and quality assurance.
The role involves developing strong rapport with local INL COR, ATSG WHP Program Manager, and ATSG task order employees, managing expectations and building a trusted relationship.
The DPM will be responsible for overall operations, including maintaining the operations license, enforcing policies, and managing stakeholder engagement to identify trends and forecast new requirements.
