Job Summary

• Responsible for leading multiple Engineering Managers and cross-functional software development teams within the Professional Services organization, overseeing the entire engineering team across regions and providing strategic direction.
• Oversees the planning, architecture alignment, and design of software applications across multiple teams, providing guidance to Engineering Managers and senior engineers, and acting as a primary point of contact between engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Manages and develops Engineering Managers and senior ICs, conducts performance reviews, drives talent development, and ensures performance standards are met across all teams, building a strong engineering culture.
