Great Plains Post Acute is seeking a PRN Caregiver to provide routine daily care and services to residents in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain a compassionate environment

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the residents’ condition to the Health and Wellness Director as soon as practical.
  • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the unit and shift.
