Lead the operation of the back end of the manufacturing line while coordinating with the Manufacturing Supervisor to organize workload and staffing based on product priority.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds Jabil workmanship standards by monitoring the CIQ system closely to fix repetitive problems immediately.
Track production to ensure all deadlines and schedules are met while ensuring assigned area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety rules.
