Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Civil and structural design for transmission
Engineering analysis for overhead lines
Use of PLS-CADD and related software
Compliance with NESC and ASCE standards
Remote or hybrid work options
Field support and site issue mitigation
Nice-to-have
Experience with high-voltage transmission projects
Professional Engineer (PE) license in progress
Owner’s Engineering experience
Support for renewable generation projects
Strong written and verbal communication
Success working with remote teams
Experience on full EPC Design/Build projects
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years relevant experience or equivalent
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
Understanding of transmission line design principles
