Job Summary

• As the Manager Strategic Sourcing you will provide overall management and leadership of Schneider Electric’s supply chain and logistics operations that fuel our Direct to Chip Liquid Cooling, Data Center & IT Cooling and Thermal Management product lines.
• You will develop channels of supply and key performance indicators, lead the development of strategic sourcing plans, influence decision making, manage purchasing specialists, company logistics and play a key role in shaping corporate strategy for a high growth leader in the thermal technology space.

Base: $96,000 - $144,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: short-term incentive included; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package

• 7 + years’ experience negotiating and managing OEM and Supplier agreements
• B.S. or B.A in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Economics
• Experience using ERP systems
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
