Primary accountability for this role is to provide quality competence support by solving complex technical issues identified on equipment and spreading technical knowledge through the organization.
Responsibilities include timely and precise fault finding and troubleshooting of lifts on site, communicating with customers, and creating/processing cases in the Kone Technical helpdesk tool.
