Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, where you'll lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and surpass their goals while fostering a culture of passion and positivity.
You will ensure operational excellence by managing cash handling, store opening/closing, inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
