Must-have
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with Argus Software
Knowledge of DCF, IRR, NPV analysis
Ability to analyze leases and rent rolls
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Nice-to-have
Passion for global real estate markets
RICS membership preferred
MBA degree in finance or real estate
Excellent verbal and written communication
Self-motivated team player
Key Requirements
0-4 years of work experience in real estate industry
Bachelor's or MBA degree in finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines
Hands on experience on Argus Software would be preferred
