Must-have

  • 10+ years finance experience
  • 4+ years M&A due diligence
  • US GAAP and ASC 805 expertise
  • ERP migration management
  • SEC reporting environment experience
  • Hands-on financial modeling

Nice-to-have

  • Big 4 transaction advisory background
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience in dedicated IMO function
  • Purchase price allocation knowledge
  • Technology sector industry exposure

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA certification strongly preferred
  • U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR compliance
