Job Summary

  • The successful candidate will be a member of a small team providing facility support to a dedicated program building.
  • Duties will include, but are not limited to, providing facility improvement solutions, maintaining the operation (mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) of the building, oversight of subcontractors, lending expertise to cost estimates, performing routine inspections, and ensuring a safe work environment.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural maintenance
  • Routine maintenance and critical repairs
  • Troubleshooting electrical, structural, and plumbing issues
  • Repairing and/or replacing building equipment
  • On-call for after-hours emergency response
  • Work under pressure and strict time constraints

Nice-to-have

  • Experience across multiple trades
  • Knowledge of building life safety systems
  • Familiarity with dry cool chillers, CRAC units, RTU’s, UPS systems

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of building maintenance experience
  • 5+ years of electrical experience
  • TS/SCI with POLY clearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
