Job Summary
Design, develop and improve software utilising various engineering methodologies that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Lead end‑to‑end Workday solution architecture across core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and related modules, translating business strategies and requirements into scalable, maintainable Workday designs.
Act as a Workday SME for HR, business stakeholders, and technology teams, advising on configuration best practice, Workday capability, and roadmap considerations.
