RAC is seeking a Home Claims Specialist to join their insurance claims team in West Perth. The role involves managing claims, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service while working in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Job Summary
Our Claims Specialists are responsible for having telephone and online based conversations with our members when they need us most.
On a daily basis you will be contributing by managing an individual caseload of claims through to finalisation, identifying potential recovery action, and reviewing quotes and authorising repair costs.
We offer attractive working hours which is structured as follows: Week 1 – 7.30am – 3.30pm (West Perth Office based), Week 2 – 9.00am – 5.00pm (Working from home).
