The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, reporting all accidents, coordinating with nursing services, and performing routine maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment.
The role requires the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors.
