The Utility Manager will lead and coordinate all work related to utilities for major DOT Design and Build Projects, ranging from $250 million to multi-billion in infrastructure value.
Responsibilities include tender utility design and conflict evaluation, cost evaluation, coordination with owners, Utility investigation, coordination during detailed design, develop Utility budgets, develop and execute Utility Agreements, implement field utility relocations, and execute Utility closeout functions.
