Employees must ensure the safety and comfort of residents by assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.
The role requires frequent observation of residents to prevent bedsores, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any accidents, incidents, or changes in condition to supervisors.
