Base: $150,000 - $185,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for cash and/or equity incentive awards; Benefits: Health, retirement, PTO, and banking discounts included
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years organizational change management experience
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies PDLC
In-depth understanding of self-clearing workflows
Experience with Futures clearing preferred
Advanced Excel data manipulation skills
Nice-to-have
CFA or FRM designation
Prior experience delivering major regulatory programs
Familiarity with market risk and valuation concepts
Ability to influence all parties while driving delivery
Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required
