Job Summary

  • Manage and resolve employee, manager and stakeholder requests related to P&C services, payroll, benefits, policies and employee data using ServiceNow Case Management.
  • Process employee lifecycle data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, mobility and position management.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements, documentation updates and onboarding of new team members.
