Job Summary
As a Team Leader in 3rd Level Support, you will take on leadership responsibility for your team and continuously develop the 3rd Level.
You will be responsible for the content and planning of customer service technician training worldwide, creating training materials in German and English and conducting training sessions.
You will process complex complaint cases worldwide and conduct root cause analysis on-site at our customers' locations if necessary.
