Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • LEED AP certification advantageous
  • 7-10 years project management experience
  • 5+ years specific experience in financial services/retail banking projects
  • Proven track record managing projects $1M-$25M+
  • Experience with local authorities having jurisdiction
