Key Requirements

  • Five years wildland fire suppression or emergency dispatching with one year supervising
  • Bachelor's degree in forestry or natural resources and two years wildland fire suppression or emergency dispatching with one year supervising
  • Valid driver's license
  • Single Resource Boss (SRB) certification
  • Incident Commander Type 4 (ICT 4) certification
  • Master Record (Incident Qualification System) or red card
