Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting medications, noting and reporting errors, and maintaining resident confidentiality.
The role requires participation in quality assurance programs, facility surveys, and continuing education to maintain certification.
