The Global OT Innovation and Capital Delivery Lead is accountable for defining and scaling the future-state Operational Technology architecture and partner ecosystem across the manufacturing network.
This role owns global decisions on OT platform selection, governs partner delivery models, and ensures standardized, scalable, and compliant OT platform deployment.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Automation, or Computer Science
15+ years work experience with 5+ years in OT and execution systems
Experience with ISA S88 & S95 standards
Experience in regulated large-scale process manufacturing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in FDA-regulated cGMP manufacturing facilities
