  • Provide all-inclusive support to selected Strategic National Account customers to ensure consistent, effortless customer experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing service requests and ensuring timely delivery of services as per contract scope.
  • Develop and provide updates and reporting related to account performance, and lead or assist in invoice dispute resolution.
