  • The position requires working in classified facilities, often at heights or above head height, and includes responsibility for managing EAM transactions and coordinating with utilities teams.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 650 hours HVAC trade school education OR DOL approved apprenticeship
  • 2 years recent experience as HEPA certification technician
  • 1 year experience with HEPA training program if no trade degree
  • Verified military training equivalent to journeyman HVAC program
