Must-have
Transportation Planning degree or equivalent experience

Data management and quantitative analysis skills
Knowledge of CROR industry standards and regulations

Experience with Trapeze, RailSys, or OpenTrack software
Strong project management capabilities
Policy analysis and development process knowledge

Key Requirements
Diploma/degree in Transportation Planning, Urban Planning, or Engineering
Demonstrated years of experience in rail-based transit planning
Legal entitlement to work in Canada
Completion of apprenticeship program with trade certification as alternative qualification
