The Supervisor, Facilities Operations is responsible for all managerial functions for designated facilities operations employees including mechanical, electric, and building systems shops.
This position ensures the day-to-day operations, maintenance, repairs, and projects of the Medical Center facilities operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The role requires actively promoting the Medical Center's mission, vision, and values in support of an absolute customer satisfaction while managing regulatory compliance.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years progressive supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree in related field
Knowledge of HVAC/R and electrical systems
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare facilities maintenance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Valid motor vehicle operator's license

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
Three (3) years progressive supervisory experience
