Job Summary
As the Local Evidence Solutions Lead, you will be the strategic architect for the affiliate’s evidence plan, identifying and prioritizing data gaps to support reimbursement and launch strategies.
You will lead the Evidence Roadmap, drive VACC Leadership by building and stewarding a high-performing LEG team, and foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and professional growth.
This role requires you to be an entrepreneurial leader passionate about creating value for patients and society, comfortable challenging the status quo and communicating complex scientific contexts with clarity and respect.
