Job Summary

  • Elevate WFJ Retail capabilities in all aspects (talents caliber, supporting structure, and retail performance) to the next level by ensuring Fashion network and WFJ network are equipped with the right talents and capabilities.
  • Support in building the strategy and culture of learning for WFJ in close partnership with Global WFJ L&E team, SEAA WFJ Regional functional teams, SEAA Fashion and HR Retail Learning team, and SEAA markets.
  • Implement the Inside WFJ (WFJ eLearning) with LMS in all markets to structure WFJ learning journey for all markets consistently and systematically.
