Capital Region Health Care Corporation is seeking a per diem Advanced Practitioner to provide inpatient care specifically during weekends. Candidates must have critical care experience, relevant certifications, and a current license to practice in New Hampshire
Job Summary
The Advanced Practitioner provides acute and chronic care services to patients in the inpatient setting, including initial encounters and dispositions, daily patient rounding, consultations, preventive care and patient education.
Patient care is provided under the supervision of the supervising physician, with a focus on weekend coverage only (day and/or nights).
Responsibilities include obtaining patient health history, performing physical examinations, developing differential diagnoses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing and managing medications, and providing patient education.
