Job Summary
The position is responsible for supporting the Structured Finance Group, GDF in Asia Pacific, covering fund finance, infrastructure/project finance, real estate finance, asset finance, securitization and other structured financing solutions.
Key responsibilities include managing the preparation of internal credit papers, assisting with due diligence, term sheet negotiation, documentation, and financial closing activities, as well as developing and operating complex financial models.
The role requires collaboration with senior colleagues and internal stakeholders to promote and develop Santander’s Structured Finance Group, GDF franchise in the Asia Pacific region, and support global coverage by collaborating with stakeholders in Europe, United Kingdom, United States, and Latin America.
