  • You will advise key clients on engagement of vendors, implementation of complex IT arrangements, and the impact of data protection and privacy laws on key IT initiatives.
  • This role involves providing support in relation to M&A transactions, partnerships and joint ventures, including support for data segregation and commercialisation, IP and transition arrangements.
