Base: $144,500 - $195,500; Bonus/Equity: Variable compensation opportunities available; Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off

5+ years aerospace or military experience
3+ years aircraft Flight Line experience
3+ years leadership managing teams
Variable shift availability required
U.S. Person export control compliance
