Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
Licensed as a Physical Therapist Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist
CPR certification required
Proficiency in Casamba and PointClickCare software
Maintain license in good standing with state board
