Job Summary
Scrape, wash, sanitize, and properly store all china, flatware, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment in accordance with Legends Global standards and Health Department regulations.
Maintain the kitchen and small wares storage areas in an organized fashion and clean and organize all food prep areas throughout the facilities daily.
This position will require long periods of standing, walking, and navigating stairs/elevators and must be able to transport up to 50 pounds.
