  • Manage and supervise completion of state tax compliance for pass-through entities, including reviewing work papers and tax returns.
  • Oversee technical review of extensions, estimated payments, withholding, and composite tax calculations, and provide state tax consulting services.
  • Coach and develop a team of 5 to 8 associates and senior associates, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
