Key Requirements
Minimum of a Level 8 or Level 9 qualification
Chartered Planner (IPI, RTPI, or equivalent)
Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience
Strong understanding of Irish planning and environmental legislation
Demonstrated experience preparing planning applications and EIARs
Proven ability to manage complex multidisciplinary projects
