Job Summary

  • As an HVAC Technician – Refrigerant Systems & Controls at JLL, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing refrigerant-based HVAC systems that support the performance, reliability, and energy efficiency of our clients’ facilities.
  • Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing, servicing, and repairing refrigerant-based HVAC equipment, performing refrigerant recovery, charging, leak detection, brazing, and compressor repairs.

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • TDLR Class B HVAC license
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience
  • Proven experience troubleshooting compressors, refrigerant circuits, and mechanical components
  • Working knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, low-voltage controls, and safety procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams
