Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current Respiratory Therapist license
Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
Basic Life Support certification
ACLS certification within 90 days
Proficiency with Windows applications
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy
Experience with neonatal to geriatric populations
Ability to adapt behavior to patient needs
Commitment to serving and healing patients
Key Requirements
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
Current state license as Respiratory Therapist
CRT certification by National Board of Respiratory Care
