  • Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Creates learning and development interventions based on Training Need Identification that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Supports subsidiary management regarding HR topics and contributes to HR projects like Great Place to Work Certification and HR process design.
