Job Summary

  • The Head of Transport North America is accountable for the coordination of transportation activities, for all transverse projects related to the transformation and performance of the new PIT team as well as the local operations of the Airbus affiliates in the region.
  • Develop and execute the regional transport strategy, ensuring alignment with global Airbus Transport Directorate PIT objectives and optimizing transport flows for all general cargo and oversize movements within and from North America.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of transport professionals located across various sites (Mobile Alabama, Mirabel Canada, Kinston North Carolina), fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years progressive experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management
  • 3 years management experience with remote/transnational teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or Engineering
