Job Summary

  • Serve as a “player/coach” with the ability to manage individual responsibilities and lead a team of four Sr. Managers, coaching and mentoring direct reports.
  • Analyze, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations, developing and recommending pricing/contracting strategies and alternatives for assigned portfolio portions.
  • Lead weekly Run-the-Business (RtB) process for assigned portfolio to align on business performance, recommend changes, and ensure data alignment to drive performance.
