Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in a HR generalist role
  • Experience within the Resources sector
  • Strong exposure in strategic and operational HR
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Demonstrated experience with industrial instruments
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SuccessFactors (preferred)
