Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Technical implementation and delivery management
Customer-facing software implementations
Strong understanding of SDLC and agile delivery
Experience with APIs and complex systems
Hands-on with Jira or similar tools
Manage multiple deadline-driven initiatives
Nice-to-have
Experience in healthcare or regulated SaaS
Familiarity with medical coding and claims processing
Background with partner or third-party APIs
Key Requirements
Experience in Technical Implementation or TPM
Proven success leading customer-facing software implementations
Experience supporting enterprise customers or strategic accounts
