Job Summary

  • Be the person in charge of managing personnel administration movements, resolving daily queries to the business, and coordinating with the payroll and HRBPs team.
  • Manage communication with the RLT of the different contracts, prepare documents with standard templates, and represent the company before Labor Inspectorates.
  • Collaborate on personnel administration projects such as working time registration and absenteeism, and assist in the implementation and coordination of new HR processes.
